Hi there, I’m Guntas Dhanjal, a high school Junior and an aspiring healthcare tech entrepreneur driven by the desire to make a positive impact on people’s lives.
While in the Middle school, I along with my family had launched another non-profit called “earthly kids”. My motivation to start the non-profit was to give back to the community. And around the same time, me and my family were active in the B.L.M. movement (Black Lives Matter). During my middle school years, we collected donations, bought food supplies and donated them to local food pantries.
I am an active Boy Scout. Key components of the BSA’s mission are to instill values such as citizenship, responsibility, and leadership in its members, and community service plays a vital role in achieving these goals. These values are a driving factor for much of what I do.
Leading the flagship “Children of War” initiative under the TIE-NJ NextGen umbrella was a natural transition for me.
